Payment and delivery terms
Shipping Policy
1. The products are delivered all over the world. We work with DHL.
2. Shipping costs 10€.
3. If a delivery should come back because of undeliverability due to an error in the delivery address indicated by the buyer, the Seller must insist unfortunately on a renewed instruction of the forwarding expanses.
Pricing Policy
Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns, and other commercial factors. The price applicable to your order will be the price current at the time your order is accepted.
Customers purchasing from a country served as DDP will incur relevant import duty and tax. These costs are included in the final purchase price. Customers purchasing from a country served as DDU will be charged for the items purchased and shipping costs only. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from DHL or an import broker appointed by you. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
For deliveries in Ukraine:
1. To “Nova Poshta” Department:
You can receive your order in the convenient department of “Nova Poshta”. Delivery is free and takes up to three days.
Payment for the order is made in UAH.
2.“Nova Poshta” Courier:
You can order the necessary product with home delivery. The “Nova Poshta” courier will deliver it to your address free of charge. To do this, select the option "Nova Poshta Courier" when ordering.
Payment for the order is made in UAH.
Revocation right for consumers
(A ‘consumer’ is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities.)
Instructions for revocation
1. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you as a consumer or a third party named by the consumer, such third party not being a carrier, has received the goods.
2. The right of revocation does not apply on contracts for delivery of products, which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacturing an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer is important or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.
3. To exercise your right of revocation, you have to notify us:

of your decision to revoke this contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g., by email). You can use the accompanying cancellation form (download from our website), however, this is not required. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about the exercise of the revocation right before the expiry of the revocation period.
Consequences of the revocation
1. If you revoke this contract, we shall repay all the payments, which we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs, which arise from the fact that you selected a form of delivery other than the most reasonable standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification about the revocation of this contract from you. We use the same means of payment, which you had originally used during the original transaction, for this repayment unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees owing to this repayment.
2. We can refuse the repayment until the products are returned to us or until you have furnished evidence that you have sent the products back to us, depending on whichever is earlier.

immediately and, in any case, at the latest within fourteen days with effect from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is maintained if you send the products before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. The products must be sent back as a package with a tracking number or registered mail with a required signature upon delivery.
3. You bear the direct costs for returning the products.
4. You must pay for any depreciation of the products only if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling with you that was not necessary for checking the condition, features, and functionality of the products.
